You can access BibleGateway.com across the globe, however, there are a few restrictions to be aware of for Bible Gateway Plus and the Bible Gateway App.
You can become a Bible Gateway Plus member through BibleGateway.com in any country except India. As a workaround for those residing in India, you can subscribe to Bible Gateway Plus membership through the subscription tools available in the Apple or Google App stores. To subscribe, follow the prompts available in the Bible Gateway App.
The Bible Gateway App can be currently accessed everywhere except in countries under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) restrictions in place within the European Union and United Kingdom (see complete list of countries here: https://www.gdpradvisor.co.uk/gdpr-countries).
